Taking into consideration specificities of communications infrastructure system in the Russian Federation one can note that each natural monopoly (Gazprom, RAO EES, Ministry of Railways, etc.) has its own system of communication, often out-of-date, existing independently. Thus, the most interested in using the transfer system of transfer are, first of all, the structures having real opportunities to purchase it and requiring thousands of similar devices (for example - the railways in the Russian Federation make more than 120 thousand kilometers, thus, supplying all the railway objects with high-speed transfer system requires several thousands of similar devices). The similar system is also potentially interesting for small-sized companies - urban communication operators, for the companies having a ramified affiliates network (banks), the Internet-providers, it is possible to speak about the need for hundred thousand similar devices. Potential consumers of the transfer system are submitted in Chart 1.
